How do I withdraw money from my Patron Wallet?
In the app, in the Patron Wallet section. You need a Wallet activated with a current account at the partner bank the app shows you. Once you reach the minimum amount, you send the money to your account and it arrives within 4 working days.
How does Patron GO make money if it's free?
The app is free for users. Patron GO earns money from partners who pay when a user chooses their offer in the app.
Is it safe to connect Patron GO to my bank?
The connection runs on PSD2, the European standard banks use across Europe. You log in directly with your bank and Patron GO never sees your login details. Access is read-only. You can revoke access at any time in your internet banking.
Can Patron GO help me find the subscriptions I pay for?
Patron GO goes through your payments and looks for places where you overpay, subscriptions included. When it finds something worth acting on, it lets you know. The decision is always yours.
