How to delete your account
You close your account right in the app. Here's how, step by step.
Steps
Three steps to close your account.
Before you cancel, send the money from your Wallet to your bank and wait until it arrives. It's lost once the account is deleted.
1. Tap “Cancel account”
You'll find it in the app under Edit profile.
2. Confirm it
I deactivate your account right away and sign you out.
3. I delete it within three working days
You don't need to do anything else.
